Original lace and the creepy version of it. Colored with silks and white acrylic paint.
I spent a whole day on this stuff, it is so much fun… You need polyesther tulle, laces, ribbons, satin, whatever you find and it is synthetic. And a heat gun. For more advanced creations, you may also need sewing machine.
PLEASE BE CAREFULL HEATING UP YOUR FABRICS, IF THEY START TO SMEL STOP AND TRY ANOTHER ONE. YOUR ROOM SHOULD BE GOOD VENTILATED. MY WINDOW WAS OPEN THE WHOLE TIME.
Trims made from stripes of satin, french tulle and tulle.
When you create trims with materials of different thickness, the best is to layer them from the thickest on one side to the thinnest on the other. Heat up from the thickest one. So I was heating my trims on the lower side and the tulle got burnt too.
WOULDN’T THAT BE GREAT ON A HALLOWEEN COTUME?
Layered fabrics with a grid sewn through them.

Thank you very much for reading and have a nice day,
